Howdy! The name is legit, Alec Pickle. No relation to Tommy Pickles and Pickle Rick is not an uncle of mine. I’ve been listening to dance music before I even realized dance music was a thing. I never realized how much I loved it til EDC 2014 which completely reshaped my life’s trajectory for the better.

I’ve been obsessed with the rave scene: the music, the people, the culture, the experiences… literally everything! Being out in the crowd for so many years is so special for what it is, but there was always a genuine curiosity about what happens behind the decks. What is it like manipulating music to please the masses, to cultivate this electric energy in the air through sound waves and visuals? Finally feeding into my curiosity and delving into a first-person perspective, if I had a time machine, I would go back to the rave scene on day 1 and start my DJing journey from there because I am obsessed.
