Scotland’s Terminal V Festival has launched a label, Terminal V Records.
The imprint is dedicated to promoting and showcasing local Scottish, and international, talent, with the debut release from Edinburgh’s Franck.
Known for his genre-spanning productions and DJ sets meandering through techno, electro and trance, Franck’s contribution to launch Terminal V Records – ‘For Real’ – has been a staple in his sets for some time now.

The track features hyped-up vocals and a bouncing bassline, comprising an ideal peak-time techno heater.
“This track brings together a lot of my musical inspirations presented with my signature sound I’ve begun to develop,” Franck explains. “Old rave-style leads, sampled rap vocals, and a driving bassline, to me, is some full-force Franck energy.”
Launching a label is a new avenue for Terminal V, although perhaps unsurprising due to its increasing spread of events. Originating as a flagship festival in Edinburgh – which still runs yearly in April – Terminal V has since expanded to an indoor-only Halloween edition, and explored beyond Scotlland with events and stages hosted in Berlin and Florence.
