Eagles & Butterflies has released his new single, ‘Retropolis’.
Part of his forthcoming EP, which drops on October 14 via Gerd Janson‘s label Running Back, it’s an infectious, dancefloor-ready affair which pairs robotic synths with electro and euro-disco sounds to boot.

“‘Retropolis’ for me is the past meets the future,” the producer explains. “I love influences and technology from the past and making music that sounds like it could be from for a time yet to arrive.”
And, after this single release plus forthcoming EP, there’s even set to be a part two pencilled in for release early 2023. In the meantime, there’s going to be a celebratory EP launch party at Berlin’s Muting the Noise on October 13.
“Set for release on my favourite label, Running Back, I can’t wait for people to hear both part one and part two and take a trip to Retropolis.”
