Andy C is set to become the first ever drum ‘n’ bass act to headline London’s O2 Arena, for a one-off show in April 2023.

Alive 2.0 will be the seminal DJ’s largest indoor show ever, seeing the D&B pioneer play a 5-hour set within the 20,000-capacity venue.

The original Alive shows ran back in 2011 through to 2012, but now Alive 2.0 will run on April 7 2023 — and is expected to be a “ground-breaking visual spectacle”.

In his announcement on Instagram Andy says: “Throughout my career I’ve had the honour to play in places & venues beyond my imagination. I’ve had the chance to share the love and vibes that only drum and bass can bring with so many of you and I can’t believe we have reached a venue as iconic as The O2 Arena London…absolutely insane!”

Andy has previously sold out other iconic venues from the SSE Wembley Arena twice Alexandra Palace and the O2 Academy Brixton twice.

He has also previously performed at the Great Wall of China, Burning Man, The Seoul Olympic Stadium and multiple performances at Glastonbury.
