Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) has announced the first list of speakers set to join the ADE Lab this year.
ADE Lab is the education arm of Amsterdam Dance Event featuring workshops, panel discussions, and talks, and runs concurrently with the festival’s music programme from October 19 – 22.
Both Héctor Oaks and Van Anh will provide workshops on vinyl DJing over the course of the weekend, while DVS1 goes in-depth on his productions in a live interview with Resident Advisor.
Meanwhile, Mama Snake is set to give a talk on curating DJ sets. A special mentoring programme for femme, trans and non-binary people will also take place from the team behind Femme Bass Mafia.
Darude, Nostalgix and Modular Moon will all take part in discussions throughout the event, while Dutch DJ duo Parallelle are set to take over a special edition of their ‘A Day In…’ format.
Over the course of four days, the ADE Lab will see dozens of panels, workshops, and discussions with more to be announced over the coming months.
The first wave of artists set to perform at Amsterdam Dance Event were revealed earlier in July. This year, Amelie Lens, Bicep, Helena Hauff, Jayda G, LSDXOXO, Peach, The Blessed Madonna, are confirmed to play.
