The original Albanian festival, which sits on the shores of Dhërmi at the south of the country, takes place for the fourth time in 2023 from May 31 – June 7.
Slated to play across the bill next year, Marcellus Pittman, Shanti Celeste, CC:DISCO!, Yu Su, and Prins Thomas are all confirmed, as well as some extended sets from Hunee & Antal and Moxie & Leon Vynehall.

The festival’s Marketing Manager, Juan Lopez, explains: “In a fast-changing festival landscape, Kala offers a new way of experiencing a summer festival, pairing a beach holiday at an exciting offbeat destination.”
Lopez describes the seven-day event as an “intimate and friendly festival atmosphere”, with “a curation that sets it apart from its peers with a healthy amount of live music, extended 5h sets by the headline DJs, and an eclectic yet coherent selection of talent across decades and genres.”
KALA Festival first launched in 2018 from the team behind UK organisers Mainstage offering the vacation-turned-festival concept in a first for the South Albanian shores.
The festival also promises yoga sessions, meditation, gong baths, and beach massages, as well as water activities in addition to the event.
Tickets for next year’s events are out now, starting at £269. Grab yours here.
